What Would Proposition 76 Mean for Health and Health-Related Programs?
The California Budget Project reports that Prop. 76, the budget-cutting measure on the Nov. 8 ballot, could reduce spending for health programs. That’s no great surprise, since the whole idea of the measure is to cut spending. The whole question is almost surely moot, since polls indicate that voters are about to kill the measure.
